Who are these people?
Bridget Shaw
Executive Producer, Editor, Designer
Bridget is a producer, editor, and visual designer with formal art training and a knack for turning scattered ideas into clear, intentional stories. She’s often the first point of contact for clients and stays with them throughout the process — listening closely, asking the right questions, and making sure we understand both the goals and the subtext.
She keeps the team aligned and the larger story in view. Her work spans documentary film, podcast production, and campaign content. In the field, she handles interviews and directs non-actors with a genuine curiosity that draws out honest responses.
In the edit, she’s a sharp structural thinker — tightening arcs, clarifying stakes, and shaping stories.
Drew Alvarez
Creative Director, DP & Senior Editor
Drew is a filmmaker and creative director with a focus on environmental storytelling, field production, and narrative clarity. He has a habit of approaching problems sideways — not for flair, just because that’s where the good ideas usually hide. His range of personal obsessions (audio, ecology, tech, flight, design, the outdoors, the whole grab bag) feeds directly into his work, giving him a perspective that’s both practical and weird enough to be useful.
His background spans years of work as a documentary editor, cinematographer, motion-graphics artist, graphic designer, podcast producer, music composer, and recording engineer — a mix of disciplines that gives him a broad, useful perspective on how stories actually come together. Combined with time spent inside the nonprofit world, it’s shaped a journalistic approach built on clear questions, accurate information, and stories rooted in what’s real rather than what’s convenient.
